By installing or using SCR SAVER, you acknowledge that the software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of SCR SAVER, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, display burn-in, system instability, or compatibility issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

In any event, the developer’s total liability for any claim relating to SCR SAVER shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.

Users are responsible for any video content used with SCR SAVER and for ensuring their display hardware and system settings are configured appropriately.

Refunds

Due to the nature of downloadable software, purchases of SCR SAVER are considered final once the software has been downloaded or installed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing the software from functioning as described, please contact support at contact@scrsaver.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in license revocation and access to future updates being restricted.

Privacy

SCR SAVER does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.

The software runs entirely on the user’s device and does not send usage data, analytics, or telemetry to the developer.

SCR SAVER does not access, upload, or process any files other than the video file selected by the user for use as their screensaver.

SCR SAVER does not use cookies, tracking technologies, or external analytics services.
